Responsibilities

• Perform process design and development activities to establish efficient and scalable manufacturing processes for new products.
• Create and modify detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks with GD&T principles.
• Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to validate design concepts and improve product performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive process documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Manage multiple new product development projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding design specifications and project progress.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and design software, particularly SolidWorks.
• In-depth knowledge of GD&T and its applications.
• Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Hands-on experience developing SOPs and manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of process design, development, and manufacturing operations.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience working on Special Purpose Machines (SPM) is mandatory.
